so yeah, I've been watching season 2 today and just, guuuuuh. At first I was wary about Liam McIntyre stepping into the lead role. I still think Andy Whitfield played it much better, but by the second or third ep I had stopped comparing them every scene and just accepted it. Season 2 is pretty awesome. There are new characters who I've come to love (Agron and Oenomaus really get bigger parts this season, not to mention the addition of Nasir), and I'm still adoring Lucy Lawless. There's still plenty of gratuitous nudity this season, but idk, it feels less like a ridiculous guilty pleasure and more like something I might actually admit to watching. to certain people.
BUT MOSTLY, I NEED TO DISCUSS MY NAGRON FEELINGS. like the way their eyes speak without words and how Agron can't stop caressing Nasir's neck/cheek, and how they're both so tentative at first, after all they've lost, and their kisses are so sweet and gentle, and later they kiss with abandon and desperation. I JUST, SO MANY FEELINGS. I'm in the middle of a bunch of really good fics (my attention span is lagging atm), but I'll have some recs eventually. If you guys know of any good ones, for the love of god, gimme.
