Biology field trip
Well I was really tired wakin up cause went out again the night before. Went bowling at Jewel City wit almost everyone.. Rachel Mj Valerie Pamela Amy Matt Derek Eric Hazel Jon and my bros. I got the highest score I ever got.. 97!! lol.. its a lot better than my other score of 30, hah..
Woke up at 6:30, got ready, eat breakfast, and got to school a lil before 8. Had lecture for bout 45 mins. and the class seperated for the different labs.
Our lab went to Eaton Canyon for a field trip to "observe" the plants and stuff, but it was actually a hike. Cause Laarni lost the ki-by-boe game she had to drive. So our car was Me Laarni Stephen and Kevin. All we had to do was go on Colorado down to Sierra Madre to get to the place, 10 min drive max. We ended up gettin lost thanks to our navigator/shotgun Kevin and from PCC, we ended up at Santa Anita mall, lol.. Pretty funny.. found out our whole lab was there and we got there late.
To cut the time in half, drove part of the way and took the "secret" entrance. It was pretty humid out but wasnt that hot. I was sweatin like crazy, my shirt was gettin soaked, and i was frickin hot. But the hike there was fun. Reached the waterfall and no one planned on swimmin but it was so hot that a couple of us went in. Our lab, bout 30 somethin ppl, mostly watched while the rest of the ppl who went swimmin had fun.
I didnt plan on swimmin, but I was all like "You're only in Biology lab once for the field trip, so why not. So convinced Andy to go in too. Took off my shirt socks and shoes, and went in my cargo shorts. Pretty fun/good times, and the water felt so damn good. After a while, hiked back and talked wit Andy most of the way back. Didnt know that guy was 22, and he was suprised that I was only 19.. guess I look old, hah!! Switched workin out techniques and stuff. The walk back was easier cause we were cooled down, but my shorts were heavier and I was hikin wit my chucks wit no socks (thought the hike was gonna be a dirt path.. not a hike-step over rocks-lil complicated thing. Got a small cut on my ankle, nothin big. Rode back wit Laarni and went back to PCC like at 11:30.
Drove home for a quick shower and lunch and got back to PCC at 1 for my music class. Went to the gym.. and got home for obut 15 mins. and got ready to eat out for my Dad's b-day. Went to this Mexican Restaurant, Joselitos, in Tujunga. Family time, and more eatin.. and went home.
