the spirit we're all missing
I am so happy exams are finally over, i dont have to deal with school for an other 2 weeks. That makes me so incredibly happy. As far as exams go, whatever... I am over it by now.
I leave for Canada in 2 days. I will finally not have to deal with anyones shit for 11days. I can just have fun, be with the family and finally see Sarah after 4 long years!!! That just makes me so excited and happy. I am finally getting what i wanted.
I still have to exchange presents with both casie and catherine, and kiki and i have some plans for today so i should be busy. Plus i have to finish up shopping for canada and get some stuff for my cousins and PACK havent even begun that task. theres so much stuff i want to take, all i have so far layed out is the cd's im taking. Kiki let me barrow a bunch like this gilmore girl one, it has some really good stuff on it, and is just a really good cd. Its different and i like that.
So whats happened to christmas? It seems to me that no one has any spirit this year. Like even the stores arent as decked out as usual. Its just kind of sad that we've lost that. Even with friends its not the same. I think Sam's right and christmas is too commercialized now. That makes me sad, i like things the old way. Maybe Canada will be different, we'll see.
