fall...
this weather lately has me feeling so good...i love fall...lately i have been thinking about high school basketball, reffing rec league soccer games on the weekends, homecoming and buying dresses and the parade, spending time at my boyfriend's farm learning how to ride dirt bikes and playing paintball, marching band, my dad and uncle's hunting outtings, carving pumpkins on the kitchen floor, my dad painting our faces for halloween, taking trips to Past Tense with my mom for cider and doughnuts, haunted cornfield mazes and haunted houses, trick-or-treating around the neighborhood and all of my little cousins looking so cute in their costumes and all pumped up for candy, sunday football days at my grandma's eating little ceaser pizza (square kind of course), riding uncle bob's four wheeler and making leaf piles to jump into, my brother, sister, mom and dad and grandparents birthdays (yeah i am the spring baby in the family)
it makes me think about my college soccer days and roadtrips, watching the leaves change while we're on the road, parents bringing us bags of orchard apples and halloween candy for the bus, wearing short sleeve jersey's with finger gloves, hiking up sugarloaf and hogsback, going for bike rides downtown, the lame cornmaze we went to as freshmen (mudpit!), josie and the pussycats and dorm life, the homecoming parade and playing our matches on the practice field, being head over heels in love (silly me), bonfires and cookouts, visits from the family and cramming as much outdoor marquette stuff in that we could, getting into the bar junior year on halloween, dancing to the jukebox at the nickel in a cancan skirt, the huge halloween party at 1515 last fall, apple cider, wildcat week and giving romance a second chance (ended horribly as usual), the guys watching football on sunday's, photography class and sweet hair (faux hawk!)
