i decided to face the music- it was a scary moment. especially since ryan was giggling and watching from behind the tree in our backyard. what a relief! no more longsleeves...yahtzee!
ryan actually has a really good idea. it's not quite DLR, but you'll like it : )

my dialup has been TERRIBLE. like, the past three days, i could get online, but that was it. it wouldn't even open up yahoo so i could check my email. and i don't know how long it's going to take to upload to a site. do you have a flash drive? maybe we could do it through that. or i'll put them all on my flash drive, and i'll just let you borrow it, so you can plug it in your computer and copy and paste.

a flash drive is basically a bigger version of a floppy disk, except it sticks into the back of any computer. it's used to transfer large files so you don't have to IM them or email them or burn them to a CD.
and i am going to be gone from july 22 to july 30 doing a summer camp for kids with cancer. but maybe we can get together tonight (friday), or else we'll have to wait until after camp. give me a call today after you're done working (since i assume you will be).
and oh man, what is ryan going to get? i can totally see a silhouette of DLR on his skinny bicep, hahaha.
