Well, I'm a wizard, yeah? So muggles are just people who can't use magic, and who don't know we even exhist. Well, some of them do. Some muggles end up marrying wizards, or some muggles even end up having children who are born with magic. I'm technically not even supposed to be telling you any of this..We're supposed to keep it all a big secret. There's laws and stuff too. But must of that's for doing actual magic in front of muggles.
