I chose this one because she was kind of a broken woman when she came to the church and all she'd ever wanted was a family but she always chose the wrong man and made the wrong choices

This is a reminder that she is one of the villains of the season. She turned out to not be the worst one, by far, but she did cane people for transgressions. This is an ode to the villainous part of her which can justify that and blackmailing Lana's girlfriend into committing her and electroshocking her just because she felt like exercising her authority.
