I love Vietnamese spring rolls because they remind me of when I was a kid and my Grandma would cook them for us as a treat.  My Grandma is the best cook in the world and it's because of her that I even know how to cook, she's my mentor.

The recipe is up but if you're feeling lazy just pop in your nearest Vietnamese restaurant. More authentic Vietnamese restaurants in US then on our tiny island we call UK.

I forgot to tell you about ICE CREAM CITY part of Namja Town amusement park found in Sunshine City building complex located in East Ikebukuro. There's loads of normal to damn right NASTY flavours of ice cream. I don't know if you're willing to try shark fin ramen ice cream or Indian curry ice cream but I thought I'll tell just in case you are... I had the grilled chicken wing ice cream and boy, it tasted like it too. It wasn't nice but we had a laugh.
