europe's grass is greener
so, last night was the ntb amos' show. and i am even more in love with seth now.
ya see, me and megan were sort of mad at him at the beginning of the show because he was differenter than he used to be. he came across as... a bit... cocky.
so we watched the show and it was EXACTLY like the one we saw before they left for europe, but it was still good. and we sat down half way through it because we were tired. and there was some guy who was a little overly enthusiastic about his love for ntb... he wasn't even drunk...
so the show ends and i go to see if they've got any new shtuff for the buying and they didn't... *tear*. but my mom is convinced that they'll be famous someday and that we'll be able to sell all of their shtuff on ebay for vast sums of money... so she made me buy something and have them sign it. i think she wanted their new c.d. but it's not gonna be out for another year... anyways, liz got them to sign it for me, 'cause i'm passed this whole ocd phase about them and i didn't want it to loook like i still was.
so then we made small talk with bear (GORGEOUS!!! ha, i said "small talk") and he told us that we "shouldn't want to be older than we are"... bull crap! being this age sucks! so then seth came up to us (this is where it gets good) and he's like "hey" and we're all like "hey" and we ALL know that it's gonna be an UBER awkward moment JUST like so many times before, so megan decides to do something about it and says "this is gonna be just like like last time isn't it? 'cause that was REALLY awkward." and he said something like "really...?" then *more awkward silence* and liz: "yup, this is gonna be like last time...". so seth goes "alright... i'll just.. walk off..." and he kinda waves and leaves. so we feel AWFUL, but they were just trying to break the ice. so we think all hope is lost and then, like, 2 minutes later he COMES BACK UP TO US and is like "so, did you think of anything to say?" and the conversation went very well from there. also, this really drunk lady came up to seth and goes "HEY! you guys were really good! what was your name again?" and me and liz and megan are all trying DEPERATELY to hold in our laughter. so she walks off and seth's like "AHAHAHAHA! 'you guys were really good.' hahaha!" o, that boy...
also, megan asked him "so what was your favorite part of europe?" and seth's response is "the grass."
"the grass?"
"yea, it's greener. i mean it's green EVERYWHERE. even like the short grass is green..."
i love that kid! also, he thought it was ABOUSOLUTELY hilarious that we all had braces. o, guess what? seth never had to wear braces... EVER in his whole entire life! i mean, JUST LOOK AT THOSE INSANELY GORGEOUS TEETH! (he's my icon) oooooo that's not even fair! grrrr....
so, blue merle is an amazing band too. they have an electric mandolin, baby!
and by the way, liz doing the worm is NOT a pretty sight.
