i've decided that if i cater to my body mind and spiritiual well being than everything else will just fall into place.
so everyday i will do something for my body- i will go on a long walk or bikeride or do an exercise video or get a massage or manicure all my nails and i will keep my body in mind as a priority as i go about my day, staying on top of my diabetic needs- seeking physical health
i will do something for my mind- I will read a book i've been thinking about reading for awhile or i will write that paper due next week or i'll do some personal research or i'll spearhead a project or i'll watch a good movie, i'll keep my intellect in mind as i go about my day, challenging myself to think more broadly, clearly, and logically- seeking progression and expansion
i will do something for my spirit- i will paint or draw or write poetry or meditate or sing or dance or have a good cry or visit nature, i will keep my spirit in mind as i go about my day, to have a passion for life in every situation, to stop and apprechiate the beauty of life, to remember to express ranther than bottle emotions- seeking clarity, happiness, and expression and creation
healthy, progressive, grounded, happy, expressive, creative
i want these attributes. they are all important to me.
tomorrow's a new day of BODY, MIND, and SPIRIT
i am my own prophet.
ready to launch myself
in a forward motion.
forget this stagnation.
i'm living life for me.
