Okay, here's the place where you can find a clip of pyramid playing. Sorry, I couldn't find just the clip by itself. All you have to do is fastforward to about 36:46 and let it play for a couple minutes.
Though I will have Starbuck give her own rule breakdown, I'm sure, here is the place on Battlestar Wiki where you can find the rules. They're actually pretty standard and functional, and I'll be filling in the gaps as they come up, if a game is ever played in Dizzy. It's a good idea to watch the clip to get a full understanding of how physical the game is, however, and how much contact is involved (regardless of cross-gender grabbing, rolling and grappling, as you can see).
