Daina Matikonyte, a Lithuanian teacher and translator who lives in France, has been arguing with flyLAL-Lithuanian Airlines about her lost luggage for a year now. Her luggage, including some of her most valuable things, went missing on a Vilnius-Paris flight. She informed the airport immediately. No compensation has been received. She evaluated the loss at LTL 4,000 (EUR 1,200); flyLAL offered her a LTL 400 payment order.
