"Hey Birdie. Are you looking for your meds?" Gilbert peaked his scruffy head through the door of the hut when he heard the rustling within. "You gave them to me when you got loopy on them the first time, remember?"

Gilbert arched his pale eyebrows in surprise at Linus's assertiveness when it came to the seat belt. He didn't give him any lip this time around because, hell, everyone needs to be able to man up in front of their main squeeze sometime. "Alright, alright. I'll do it this time." He mumbled from the back seat. In truth, he wasn't intending to completely ignore the seat belt altogether. He was simply sidetracked by fishing his phone from the small bag that all of the electronics had been stashed in at the beginning of the trip. They were still out of cell range for at least the next few minutes, but he turned the thing on anyhow and stuffed it into his pocket where he usually kept it.

"Hey, E." Eduard relaxed back into his seat, laughing to himself a little at a thought that suddenly occurred to him. "How much trouble do you think I'll be in with yours and Ti's family for being so close and not stopping by for a SECOND time? They'll just have to get their torment in at camp this summer, I suppose." That wasn't even taking into account how his OWN parents would react knowing that their son was just a quick flight away with the boyfriend they wanted to meet so very much. Oh well, they would get their chance to meet him just after graduation in a couple of months at family camp. As far as Eduard's memory served him it was set to be in Tallinn this year, so that was quite the exciting notion.

The vehicle continued through the wooded dirt path until eventually they began to reach paved roads with the odd house peeking out past the trees. CIVILIZATION!!! Maybe they would get to somewhere that served food that didn't look them in the eye and try to kill them.
