Burnin' letters...
Tonight was an odd night to start with...
I saw the girl who is datin' my step mom's neice's husband whom I almost dated in high school so yeah a lil weird...especially after I see the niece with her husband the night before at the mall but whatever...
So it was an almost typical night as usual Sar Bear and I were just going out to eat, talking and sharing company when she decides to go through my wallet which is completely fine with me bc there is nothing in there that she can't see. So then I remember and tel her about the letters I have from my two most previous major exes. She looks for them and reads them and becomes a lil upset which is only typical...jealousy only makes sense if you truly want to be with someone. She comes up with the idea to burn the pieces of shit that have no sentimental value what-so-ever...I had just forgotten they were there.
We had fun with that; burnin' them and talking shit...it is like a soul cleanse I guess. Especially since I pulled a scene from Gulliver's travels and pissed all over it in the sink(man we should have made a vid of that, that would have fuckin' awesome man!!)
I really could care less about it and for the first time can honeslty say that I don't feel the need to talk about my exes as much as I did in past relationships, explain why the letters were there, or feel bad that I still had them. It is all in the past and thanks to her good-heartedness I can move on with her and only her. She is good to me and all I will ever need I hope. And what I mean by that is that I hope she doesn't decide to leave me bc of how stupid I can be sometimes or just bc she gets bored. I have had that happen before...it sucks!!
I think I have settled in and slowly we will fall into what is right and be better than our past. I think it is easier than what we think it was supposed to be from when we first set out upon it. I guess music really does bring people together. I am really glad she plays the bass and I play the drums. If not...I might never have met the girl I have so much fun with and learn so much from...
