So, as we very well know, last night was Prom.
Liz and Joan got here at 6:45, and I wasn't even dressed. I answered the door in my shirt and underpants, like in that one movie. With Tom Cruise? Regardless. So, I came back upstairs, put on my pants and finished getting dressed. That was exciting. Bobby got home a few minutes later, then Sam, then Mom.
Liz tried to argue that I didn't know where I was going to park at the Overlea. Nur :) It's on the directions they gave us! Whatevvvver.
Overall, I had an awesome time, all thanks to the ever lovable Sam. I'm really glad he went with me. It made everything ten times better. The chairs, my bowtie, the water, and, even better, the dancing. I'm not sure how everyone is going to react on Monday. My attempt at pissing Kyle Gubernat off, a succession, may get me in some high water. Catholic school, you know. But really, do I care?
Like Mrs Lukehart said, and I have been meaning to quote this for a few weeks, "You can't force someone to be something they don't want to be." That's the problem with everything; no one wants to be held down or silenced. We all want our say, and our freedom to go out and live however we want to. What is it with politics? To quote The Cho, now, "Don't Ask, Don't Tell. How dare they?"
Overall, however, Prom made me happy. However tired, still emotionally, physically, and mentally, I enjoyed myself, after the first several minutes. It was great to see everyone so dressed up and pretty. Only, the one thing I always have to say... I wish I took more pictures. The camera is always with me, most of the time it's on, but never really snapping.
Thanks, Sam, for making last night the best in a while. You're so important to me. <3

They danced with themselves in the mirror.
So, we left the Overlea, and headed to Liz's. Where we had to wait for several minutes because they hadn't even left yet. Once we got inside, everyone but Sam and I changed while we made out humped had drinks in the basement. ...Word. So we had story-time, and then Sam and I left. To the diner!
When we sat down, I noticed there was another Prom group in the back room. I looked over occasionally, and on the third or fourth time, I noticed Jen Foxx from work. And, when they left, Matt (my Tuesday trainer) said hey. Awesome. I took my thoughts and put everything together, and voila, a Curley party. I had the omlette, in case anyone was wondering. Big surprise!
Then, home. Ah, home. At 2AM, sweet, sweet, home. Well, for me. Sam stayed the night, though. And I noticed, it only gets really hot in my room when there's more than one person. Even if it's not sleeping. It's like the body heat just starts spreading like fire and BAM! Hot room. But that's okay.
I got up, naturally, as usual, at 6:25. I think Sam had just gotten up to, but probably because my television clicked on. Awesome. So, we watched the news together. Aw, how cute. I know. And it got to the point where laying in bed just wasn't cool anymore, and Sam got up. I remained, however, in a lazy state.
Soon, Sam took his shower, and was ready to leave. My mom came in and talked for a while, then left to go exercise. He got his stuff together and we walked downstairs. Before I started walking out the door, he needed asprin. So, asprin it was? Yes.
And then he left. And, though I tried hiding it - and did a very good job, I think - it made me sad.
The party's over.
Sam tried hard to avoid having his picture taken first thing in the morning.
I just look like crap.
Sam hides.
Isn't he adorable!
This makes me giggle a little bit.
He's so gorgeous.
His eyes.
Make me.
Feel kinda.
... you know.
