A Perefect Circle

Feb 20, 2005 18:46

The perfect circle signifies the cycle of life, whereby we are gradually getting to know ourselves... until we do. And then the cycle is broken rendering it perfect, for in that perfection lies the release of forgetfulness about who I truly am... god cast into the perpetual circle by my own choosing, in order that I may find myself and break the circle, and be... perfect... and so I sing: cut me away from this prison of forgetfulness, and in this glimpse of medicated peacefulness, help me to remember that we come from one womb, dangling tethered by one chain, possessing one resolve to liberate myself for good from the veil of ignorance and know that in so doing we are that I am: one.

PS. Metaphor for a missing moment = though I know this glimpse will fade, this moment I will never leave, and now know I never have... in the eternity of the present moment... and that in the eternity of now resides the never -- the missing moment... that enlightens me.
