I win the dumb brunette award
I lost my switch card, and I'm pretty sure it's in the mess I call home or the car. I looked for ages but couldn't find it, thus I cancelled it and got a new switch card.
I then found the old switch card in the car, and put it to one side to be destroyed when I got home. By the time I had returned home it had dropped into the car again, but I found it and destoyed it.
After I had cut it in two I took note of the card number.....it was my new one.
So, I can't find my old one, I've cut up my new one, and now my bank is sending me a THIRD card.
Doh.
