I see why they call religion the opiate of the masses. It is a hard thing to realize that you are alone and your prayers are most likely going to go unanswered. Faith would be really helpful right now. I have a friend who is extremely sick and needs encouragement, but I know my words about my prayers being with him must be ringing false. I know
