alright, so this week was another week full of fun and enjoyment. and by that, i mean pain and soreness. lifting and running, getting better, but still not that fun. o well, in a few months i'll be all buff and fast, and it'll be worth it when i'm high jumping 5' 10" and running 53.5 second 400s. because this week is so special, i'm gonna start on thursday. after running, i kicked it at the school for an hour, playing hacky sack with erin, jake, and derrick #3. then i went home and took a shower, before going to the play with kate. so i got there, and maddie was there, so we talked for a little while, then kate arrived right on time (10 minutes late) with jessie. the play was good. tyler was funny and whatnot. then friday i went to city for the battle of the bands thing. odd enough, maddie was there too. she interviewed me somewhat, so i might be in the city high paper, which would be pretty cool, since i havn't even been in the west paper. i hung out and talked with her for most of the night. kate played awsome, but to me, the jenny that sings kinda ruined the set but just having a guitar with her (which looked new) just so she could break it. i thought that was pretty cheesy. if someone in the band were going to break a guitar, it should have been kate, kate, or kit, since they actually play guitar and would have deserved to break it. o well, enough of my ranting. after kate played, backdrop (lander boyer, mike dehn, and brandon hanes) played, and just as i thought (landini), bad karma was better. they probably would have won (although i don't think it was a competition), but the final 2 bands were really good. the second to last band was, in my opinion, the best one there. they played extremly well, picked really good songs, and just all around rocked. then saturday i didn't do all that much. i went out to eat with alex and my mom, then went to revolt for a few hours. learned a few new tricks, yada yada, yada. then today my family and i went to go get a christmas tree. then because i have no life, went to see the play again, cuz alex and peter were going. and there, wouldn't you know it, i saw maddie again, and decided i'm subconsciously stalking her. i was gonna stay for stirke afterwards, but i had a decent chunk of homework. and now i'm gonna go decorate the tree cuz my parents think i need to, cya later. peace.
