Portcon/Otakon and such.
ok, so since I've joined up with facebook LJ is gotten neglected and for those that don't have a facebook you've haven't heard from me for some time.
Anyway. To start Portcon is very soon and I'm getting stuff together as we speak. Plane tickets are set to go we'll (Sarah and I) be ariving in Portland June 16 and will be leaving on the 23. UNFORTUNITLY, neather of us have pre-regesterd for Portcon do to the fact that the website was giving me trouble and I ended up putting it off until it was to late. Oh, well. Not a huge problem.
Otakon is not far off either, almost had to cancel the hotel because the vacation days didn't get aproved. Thank good that got all worked out. Would of been just my luck. The hotel is going to be a nice addition from last year where we were going back and forth on the light rail, so not going to miss that. Should be Sarah, Kate, Jason and me in the room or at least that's all I'm sure about at the moment.
Also on the cosplay front. I've got a steam punk get-up in the making with any luck will be done by Portcon. For Otakon a Dugtrio (or sould I say 3 digletts?) costume is being made by Kate. Haven't seen anything as of yet but she had some interesting ideas. Should be Kate, Sarah and I, we'll see how that turns out. >>;
