Goodbye Mandy

A friend approached me for help to communicate and do healing for her friend's dog who is very ill. I went over late last night at 10.30pm and stayed till almost 2am.

Mandy was abandoned by her family when they migrated overseas. They dumped her at her their parents' house and when their parents moved house, they dumped her at the car porch. A kind neighbour fed her for 2 months till she was took in by her current kind owners. She stayed at the deserted house and never left until she was rescued.

She was 8 years old then. The previous owner had her since she was a puppy. How can anyone bear to throw away such a loyal dog as though she is a piece of furniture???

My heart broke for Mandy. Even when she was so sick, she still missed the previous owner and hope to see the young son again.

I knew she was going to cross the bridge soon and I relay her wishes and messages to her current owners and she passed away at home 3 hours ago with her owners by her side as she had wished for. She shared with me her happy times and she left knowing she's well loved. Although I knew she was going to crossed the bridge, I couldn't help but cried when I heard the news.

Mandy was worried that the owners will be sad and ask the owner not to cry.. She was a very strong girl, although in a lot of discomfort and pain, she couldn't eat and drink, yet she held on till her owner was ready to let her go.

As an animal communicator and healer, I know it is my role to prepare the owners and to help the animals crossed the bridge but it is extremely heartbreaking each time. I find myself being submersed in the love and bond between the animal and the owner and I am thankful for being able and allowed to experience the love and gratefulness and appreciation the dog had for her owners.

Goodbye sweetheart, run free now. Till we meet again.
