10. Perform one random act of kindness a day, or at least a few a week.

12. Donate blood at least three times a year, if not every two months.
13. Floss at least twice a week.
14. Learn how to meditate without a guided meditation track.

49. Keep up with my student loans-- at least make sure the deferment is current if I can't afford to pay them.

52. Learn how to cook a steak.

54. Perfect one really impressive meal. Make it from scratch.
