[ Backdated to the Trial ]
Shuukaku has been growling since the start of the trial; I fear that I have been doing so, as well. I have been sitting with Lacroix-san and Selene-san, and they have been kind enough to answer my questions. Shuukaku has provided a running commentary, however, so it has been difficult to concentrate. He wants me to sleep--he is restless. But my will is still stronger than his.
I wish that I had a true Seal. It would make things less difficult, I think.
There seems to be a great deal of anger here; Mother has been stirring, but even she knows that I am in no danger. The anger is all for the Avatar-judge and prosecutor, I believe.
I do not understand the point of this thing. If he is guilty, then you should be able to smell the corruption on his skin. His blood would taste like acid.
