I'm not a saint, barely anyone is these days. But I do turn off lights when I walk out of a room. I do think about sweatshops and labor laws before I buy clothes from stores and if I don't like their ethics I either don't buy it or I sign petitions for better enforcement of labor laws. I do take public transport when I can help it. I do put on sunscreen. I do donate money at safeway when they do cancer fundraisers. I do give homeless people change when I have it. I do let people merge in front of me on 85. I do return things I find that aren't mine. I do slow down in residential areas. I think we can all do at least that, right?

Well I plan to do better in Seattle, not because I'm any better but because it'll be easier. UW has made it that way, and I can't help but to think that anyone would do the same given the convenience. So here's my solution to insensitivity; convenience.
