Dudes, I had some quasi epiphany about my life so I started taking a butt load of vitamins/supplements every day and I started walking every day at work with a co-worker. Everyone at work walks so it makes it way easier to get off my lazy ass.
I am up to 2 miles a day now at work plus whatever I walk after work with Karina.
Walking replaced cigarettes. I am still shocked I have not had a cigarette in over a year.
I even turned down cake and cookies!!! WTF is that all about? To know me is to know I would mainline sugar if I had the chance. It has to do with the cinnamon pills I have been taking since it regulates the blood sugar and kills all the sugar cravings and reduces my hunger big time.
I'm hoping now that I am in the habit of doing this, it will become second nature. I feel like I am turning the corner in my life and instead of making excuses I am doing something about it.
