Yay the school year is over! All the wentworth brats have gone home for the summer, which means my job just got so much easier. The president's retirement party, alumni reunion and commencement all went really well. i'm so glad thats all over with. it was basically two weeks of sheer torture and hellishness. and now its over. woohoo.
well, kinda. the account went out to bid and right now we are in the middle of bidding war with another food service company. now we play the waiting game to see if we stay or go. this is both good and bad. if we win the account, we will have a ridiculous amount of work to do. they want us to open 4 new locations. opening one new location pretty much sucks as much ass as humanly possible, i can't even imagine opening up 4. also, if we win the account, i stay at wentworth, which is ok because i like working there, but there isn't much chance of upward mobility there. if we lose the account, i get moved to a new location and basically start over again. new managers to work with, new employees to manage, new clients to gain the respect of. that would pretty much suck to. so we'll see what happens.
sketch got neutered on monday. he has a funnel on his head now. it's pretty funny.
i joined a gym yesterday. selena convinced me to join. i like it so far although i've only gone once. it's cool having someone to work out with.
