Yesterday I came really close to passing out on the track at the conclusion of our workout.

I still feel like I should be sprawled out on the track like I was for a good five minutes yesterday afternoon.

Not trying to put any pressure on myself, but I should be able to run like 3:44 after that workout.

Also, I wish it was humid here like it is in Delray. Oh, that would make breathing so much easier.
