(no subject)
Even though I have some school issues to work out, I am comforted to know my prof. actually wants to meet and discuss some papers I did before submitting a final grade rather then just give me a lousy mark. Even when times should be stressful, I seem to handle it well.
It was awesome seeing my Ottawa reletives. Going to Peggys Cove, Lawrencetown Beach, hanging out and watching movies and just talking for hours; it was one of the few times this holiday I got to see family I wanted to see.
I've also gotten to hang out with Chris once, hopefully soon again; and hanging out with Kate on Boxing Day was awesome too, a lot of fun. I'm proud to say she is my one real high school friend. And I got to hang out with Kat and Nicole for a bit on New Years Eve, it's been too long without seeing them; I felt weird doing the party hopping thing, but I am very happy I got to see Kat and Nicole.
New Years at Karlyn's was awesome; her friend Sarah was very nice to talk to me most of the knight, even when I was quite drunk and high. She still talked to me in the morning so I didn't make an ass out of myself.
I worked so much over the break I decided I can't/won't run for Student Union President or any other executive. I love my job and my co-workers too much to leave them know. This might be considered foolish but I am happy at Sam the Record Man. It is too much to give up.
Anyway, I should probably go since I'm getting up at 5a.m. to go to the airport to see my family off. I love life right now, despite all the work; I am a lucky lucky person. Love.
Oh, and Terry at work cut his fucking hair! No more dreadlocks! That's fucking crazy!
