Science Rules

Yesterday I sat in a room with three other people (one cranky old guy and two of my friends) and interviewed (well, Mike interviewed) Bill Nye the Science Guy. He seemed genuinely amicable. He didn't necessarily have all the spunk he put on for his TV show. But there were definitely times where bits of his more comical side came out. ("You might even. Dare I say it. CHANGE THE WORLD!") At those times when he did adopt a more jocular manner he would drop into this funny voice that I want to say is a mix between an italian father and jewish man. My one regret is that the aforementioned cranky man, who was in charge of Bill's schedule, rushed Bill out of the room so fast after we filmed the interview that I didn't get a chance to ask for a personal favor. I wanted video evidence of our meeting, and I wanted it to be me and Bill singing his theme song. A feat that, after meeting the man briefly, I believe he would have obliged.

Bill, Bill, Bill, Bill, Bill, Bill, Bill, Bill Nye the Science Guy. Bill! Bill! Bill! Bill! (Inertia is a property of matter.)
