Haven't been updating lately... *shrug*
Then again, it's been mostly work, a break down at Phillip Island (which was really fantastic, because Scott found a place just near the surf beach :D), and more work :P
I've been playing through Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass. The system is quite cool how everything is relied on the stylus to move Link around, use the boomerang and so on. Very cool.
What's not so cool is having to repeat through all the stupid levels in the Temple of the Ocean King, which incidentally slowly becomes more difficult as you progress through the levels. Retarded system that. By right there should be a way of continually being able to go straight to where you last were instead of having to deal with repeating through the levels. Urgh.
Naturally, I left it aside since receiving three games in the mail (which I had hoped to have during the Labour Day long weekend at Phillip Island, but hey. At least I ultimately got them :P): Professor Layton and the Curious Village, Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice (aka GS4 and Patapon. :D
Professor Layton and the Curious Village is awesome!!! Sooo many painful puzzles (and stupid Zaid is obviously smarter than I am because he's more capable of solving the maths and logic-based puzzles, where you have to determine who's lying or telling the truth) - but sooo much awesome fun. :D
There's an interesting story running through the course of the game, as if it's a multitude of little mysteries that will ultimately answer the big mystery; but the puzzles while really annoying are still quite enjoyable :)
So, that's been taking up my last two evenings, hence I haven't had the chance to play GS4
Besides, I tried to play Patapon last night, except that my PSP only has software version 3.72 rather 3.73. So much hate! X(
So, tonight, I'll try to get headways on GS4 and endeavour to leave Professor Layton be least until I get through GS4, given how quickly my sis is chewing through GS3 at the moment :P
