Up Yours Jacques Chirac! London 2012
In a battle reminiscent of Waterloo, Britain beat out the heavily favored French through superior leadership (and star-power i.e. David Beckham) to be honored with the 2012 Summer Olympic Games. Yeah, Spain lost too, and the Russians, and the Americans, but the cool part is it was another battle of the two countries that have historically loved eachother the most, Britain and France. Sure. Anyway, anyone else glad the French lost? They deserved it after Chirac made that low mad cow joke. Anyway, work is awful, nothing exciting happening outside of it, Summer is progressing as usual.
