Cleaning out my yahoo mail when I came across this little ditty I wrote for my girlfriend at the time. Pretty old, and pretty bad... and corny. I don't know why I'd even want association with it. Oh well. I wrote it, so it's in here now.
Like a whisper in the wind,
You catch my attention.
Someone with an alike face
You can't find any place.
Like a sweet little puppy,
I love your company.
You make me laugh like no other
'cept my older brother.
Like a child in the blue,
I am lost without you.
I love you with all my heart
So I pray we'll never part.
I wrote it inside the card I gave her for our one-month. That's right. ONE. MONTH. Such a dork back then, but better a dork than a heartless bitch.
