Ah, school starts tomorrow....

What a summer it's been... 3 summer classes, 1 job, and countless adventures. Not nearly enough time.

Overall, I definitely had a great time...

Last Sunday was my 21st birthday. Crazy, let me tell you. Saturday night everyone came to my apartment to pre-game, and then we went over to Level 3, at Melt. Ridiculous. I shouldn't have gone to my place of employment for my 21st birthday. I had a great time, and so did everyone else, but I was pretty sloppy.

Sunday during the day I went to my parents because my sister was having people over for a BBQ. So, I hung out there all day. Left around 8-ish and stopped by Alicia's to wish her a happy birthday and to see everyone that was there. Only stayed there for a little while, then came home and got ready and went out to McGrady's. Met Travis from work there, and slowly other work folk came in. It was nice. Got to talk to a lot of people I don't usually talk to.... and y'know. Ended up closing out the bar, and then talking with Mike until we both sobered up enough to drive home. He ended up coming back to my house and we talked until 7:30 am..... mind you, I had to be up at 8 to go to work....

Worked 10-2, came home and slept for a while... got up and saw Carolyn's parents for a couple minutes... then went to Tally Ho with Lisa! Katie, Allie, and a bunch of other people ended up coming out, so it was nice.

Worked all day Tuesday, and can't really remember what I did that night... Huh, that's gonna bother me! Oh well, really can't remember...

Anyways, Wednesday I worked and then Mike came over again and that's another night we ended up staying up until 2 hours before he had to leave for work. Thursday Howie and I went out to Mezza Luna's and then some diner... and just kinda caught up with each other. It was nice!

Friday? Work, South Side party, Steel Garden with Matt. A couple of the girls from work were there too, so it was nice.

Saturday I worked a double... work was CRAZY! Then I went to Steel Garden with Mike, and we ended up meeting Travis and Stacey and a couple other people. This other guy Mike that we work with told me that he's been lusting over my eyes since I started working there, which gave me my ego boost of the night! =) Mike ended up coming back here and hanging out until the early morning hours again.

Today was my first day off since my birthday, so I slept in til 2, talked to Kristen, went over the Promenade and wandered around for a while... then came back here and cleaned the apartment, and did laundry. Nice and relaxing....

Tomorrow starts the new semester... booo..

But at least it's my last year. Classes should be okay this year.... Spanish II, Macroeconomics, Social Psychology II (even though I haven't taken I yet..), Intro to Counseling, and Measurements and Evaluations. Social Psychology and Intro to Counseling will be a lot of reading and writing, but should be easy... Measurements and Evaluations is going to be a lot of math and require a lot of studying... Macroeconomics is supposed to be boring and difficult, and Spanish II wont be too bad if I can remember how to speak it!

I'm just pumped that in 10 months I should be completely done. It would be nine months, but I believe I'm going to have to take the summer pre-session courses. Well, course. I'll have to take my capstone next summer, but then I'll be 100% completely done with undergrad.

So, in the spring I'm going to have to make a ton of decisions reguarding next year... or, the next few years. Do I want to take time off? Do I want to get a real job? Do I want to go to grad school right away, or wait a bit? So much to think about. But I have time. I think I’m just going to focus on getting through this semester with good grades before I start worrying about what next year will hold.

If I want to go to grad school I really have to keep my grades up this semester. None of this, doing great in all my classes but one, and getting a D in said class stuff. ALL my grades have to be A’s and B’s.

I have to stop worrying and trying to plan ahead… I’ll just deal with the here and now.

I’m going to stop babbling, finish my laundry, and get to bed…

Until next time..
