St. Patricks Day
I am so proud of myself. Today I cooked up corned beef all by my self. I've never done that before. It took about three hours but it was so worth it! We had corned beef and potatoes for dinner while watching Boondocks Saints. And for dessert - Guiness milkshakes! I am soooo full.
