... but at least I am over half way done!
Not to say that I hate it here but I am still struggling with the whole lack-of-friend problem. I love my new host family and I enjoy being in nature all of the time, even though it is so fucking hot and humid. I am learning how to play the guitar and right now I am reading my first book in Spanish. Granted, the book is for kids 9 or older, but I am older than 9 and I am enjoying it and understanding most of it. I have been to the beach a bit but certainly not enough. I wish I could go every day but classes take up too much time. I am really tan on my arms, chest and upper back and there's the slightest difference of color on my tummy and legs. I've taken a bunch of pictures but the internet is so fucking testy that I never know if it will work or not. I miss everyone and I especially miss watching The Office and I am jealous of everyone who will be watching BSG when it starts up again this month. I have been watching my fanvids when the internet is out. I hope everyone is doing well... I read LJ as often as possible but I rarely update(if you couldn't tell). Ciao!
