I am no longer dripping blood, and the stains seem to have disappeared from my bed and manuscripts...but they remain, now dried, on my person and clothing.

I will need to bathe before the 'picnic' today. I may also, perhaps, need to go without any sort of head covering, since that is thoroughly matted with blood. However, this curse seems an ideal ( Read more... )

1. Hinamori Momo.
2. Yes.
3. Peach trees, both blossoming and in fruit.
4. The trees are gone, but the peaches that fell off or we took are still here. And some of the blossoms were on the floor when I woke up, too.
5. Um, Hinamori translates to 'little forest' and Momo is also the word for 'peach'.

I hope that's helpful! Why are you interested?

I am not yet finished with writing on the Other Place...but when I am, I hope to make a thorough study of the City, particularly its curses and their effects on its citizens. There may be patterns yet unseen in curses such as this one, which caused a great deal of activity on the network, from what I have seen.

You have given me plenty of information to work with, and for that, I thank you, Hinamori. I hope it will be helpful, too.

Israeli? As in the Israelites?

Do you know the significance of 'Prisken', by any chance?

Israelites is the old term. They have their own country now so they refer to themselves as Israelis.

No, I do not know of any meaning to the name Prisken.

Ah...things have changed somewhat significantly since my death, then. Curious.

Thank you anyway, Ingram.

Thank you, Mars. You experienced only increased aggression (thus, like War...), rather than any significant change regarding the latter three?

I see. Thank you, Adrastus.

It is curious that you are affected by such a curse; I was under the impression that you were affiliated with the City itself? Is it possible for the deities as well to find themselves under the influence of these whims?

You have a choice in the matter, of being affected or unaffected?

Interesting...
