It's probably most of my fault
But some of it is yours too
The biggest mistake of my life
Was to fall in love with you

I just knew I would get hurt
I knew my heart was on the line
But once you knocked me down
I just acted like I was fine

But to find your heart again
Takes years and years of time
The fact that you stole it from me
Should be an illegal crime

With tears in my eyes
I pick up the needle and start to sew
Trying to mend my broken heart
That you would never know

Now I walk home alone
Dragging those stupid feelings behind me
All eyes staring at my back
Let it go, I want to be free.
