My first reaction to Paris in Act 4, Scene 1 -- Damn. He really is related to Mercutio.
'Cept well, Mercutio is so much more likable.
Geez, what is it with men and beautiful women?? I mean, sure, it's to benefit the plot (Plot? What plot? Pun egregiously and horribly intended), but Juliet's kinda like... a Mary Sue, now?

ZOEMGEE. Shakespeare is a Mary Sue/Gary Stu writer. I'm going to die now.
P.S. OMIGOD I POSTED ON A SUNDAY. IT'S A MIRACLE!!!!
P.P.S.
Mercutio: O, Romeo. Thou speakest of love as if love is someodd more than sweeping maidens off their fee -- Thou screamst like a maid, Benvolio.
Benvolio: Dear, blame me not with thy hypocritic words.
Mercutio: Whatever dost thou -- EEP!
Benvolio: Again, hypocritic words. Now let me up, Mercutio.
Mercutio: Nay. Not before thou bestow upon I thy words of wisdom. Rather, thy single worded wisdom.
Benvolio: Thou wilst find that rise not to that jest, I. Nor wilt thou find the one thou seeks to torment with thine biting words.
Mercutio: Pardon? -- O dearest God, where hast that Romeo gone?
Benvolio: Perhaps I'll tell thee, if thou would do so kindly as to let me up...!
