honestly, this is very strange because i haven't posted anything on lj other than comments to other people's posts in AGES (see last post after this one lol)
i did want to make a post though since i am turning 30 (gasp) in like a couple days and that's just absolutely a WILD thought.
had a pause there to go through a mini existential crisis.
i feel like nothing has really changed but a lot has changed but actually nothing has changed at all. i still like fandom, and have joined and fell out and rejoined and joined new ones. i still love reading fic and gushing over fanart and now i can actually buy things with my own money which is a pro AND a con in one. the only things different are that i have a job and pay a mortgage and a student loan simultaneously which is, again, a pro AND a con. no boyfriend or girlfriend though, which is also a pro and a con lmao
as a treat, to my future self, maybe i'll just list out what i'm currently into right now, at this very moment: (under this cut LOL)
johnny's ent:
- i'm back here once again babyyyyyy but with new and old groups this time. currently: snow man, sixtones, naniwa danshi. side and upcoming and just vibing: ae group, kisumai, kinpuri (in the 11tth hour, yes, i know, i like to hurt myself), sexy zone. will always love: kat-tun, arashi, kanjani. man, there are a lot of groups in je, both debuted and trainees.
- i'm also like, really glad they've realllyyyyyyy started to embrace social media. i've needed all these men to be in social media at the BEGINNING but having them now is a really nice treat.
sme:
- if there's any kpop company i would follow groups for, it'd be sme. am i a masochist? it seems like it huh. anyways, currently: nct primarily. all permutations of this group tbh. still love all the other active groups as well. what else can i say lmaooo
dramas:
- at this moment in time that i am writing this, i am very into jdorama right now. kdramas are good but none have really caught my eye. the only cdrama i'm invested in rn is the blood of youth which is VERY good and i adore the cast. but i'm back in the jdorama bandwagon at the moment and absolutely having a blast like usual
manga:
- the fact that i've actually picked up a manga in this day and age is as big of a surprise to you as it is to me. THOUGH, the two manga i've picked up are things i've already watched. i watched the first season of jujutsu kaisen and i've watched the live action of kieta hatsukoi. still highly enjoying myself through the read of both mangas though.
there are obviously some other things i'm into but those are the mains other than like, planning supplies lol
i really should post more often. like this was fun to just do a round up, y'know. maybe that's what i should do. round ups. just to see like what i'm interested in currently and look back on the previous stuff. see how my fandoms cycle xD
anyways, i guess that's it for now. hopefully i don't abandon this for another 8 years LMAO
