It sounds like Stephen and Dennis found a replacement for me, and he's moving in on Saturday.
His name is Brian (heh) and he's a math major. That warms my heart a bit. Just as long as he's not like one of those guys in my abstract algebra class who thought it was actually hard.
Not that it really matters. All that's important is that I don't have to worry much about that place anymore. I gave Stephen power of attorney for me, so I don't think I'll have to go to any lease signing.
