In the market for a new laptop...
...and I was wondering what other people suggest.
Here are basically the requirements that I'm looking for:

- Not Apple
- Small: 12-14" wide. I don't care much about weight or thickness, but those are likely to be low too for a 12-14" laptop.
- Optional secondary battery in optical drive bay. This is something I really want. Why should I have some sort of DVD-ROM drive in there that I wouldn't even use 95% of the time when I could have a second battery instead?
- I don't care much about processor speed, but certainly at least 512 MB of RAM is a must.
- Built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
- Preferably available for purchase somewhere sans Microsoft tax
- Preferably <= $2000
