I don’t know? That’s the thing. I couldn’t have picked a worse time to show up. The place was packed, I was lucky to get the crappiest seat at the bar, it was right behind one of two structural columns (with gorgeous wood grain btw) that rise at either side of the bar counter top. There I was sipping on my gin tonic with this colossal column directly in my face, very awkward. Every time I addressed her I had to shift my weight on either side of my but cheeks(depending on what side of the column she was on) and stretch my neck out in order to get a peek at her and make eye contact, otherwise it would have appeared like I was having a conversation with my buddy the structural joist. After having finnished my drink and several unsuccessful attempts at conversation, I decided to recue the little dignity I had left. I put my blazer on, left her a tip and said goodbye. She apologized; I reassured her that I understood completely and that perhaps I could try this another time. I walked out feeling like a jerk especially after realizing the defeated expression that i must have shown on my face, because after all even though things didn’t go according to plan, I was very satisfied with having the opportunity to see her.

Well at least it sounds like you had fun. My evening was, hmm… I cant make up my mind about how my evening was.
I went to visit my friend at her work in the city, however the place was mad busy so, needless to say I wasn’t able to get much conver.

morning! dude i am fricken tired... a friend of mine broke up w/ her GF recently and was in a funk last night... i was having a great time @ victoria's secret and fricken had to go rescue my homey... we went to east la in hoboken... soon after a couple more of the girls joined us and next thing u knew we were on our way to henrietta's... its this girl club in the city... partied til about 2 then realized that we have work in the morning - i'm not even that tired... i do want to go to best buy today... pick me up... :) how was your evening?
