We're on this huge cooking kick lately - last Sunday Dave made a stuffed chicken with enhanced stuffing, potatoes, and carrots ... then cooked the rest of it into a stew. I've whipped up Mexican lasagna, homemade bolognese sauce with 3-meat meatballs and wheat pasta, one each of pesto and goat cheese and pesto and fresh mozzarella pizza on homemade whole wheat dough, and Dave just made the hugest 3-meat meatloaf on the planet while simultaneously making an enormous vat of chili - we had the meatloaf with fresh green beans sauteed with garlic and a homemade macaroni and cheese I threw together, and are saving the leftovers and the chili for lunches this week. Yum. Brian and Kira came over and hung out all day today, and we've decided we're making some marvelous meal every Sunday from now on. Werd.
