Twenty four hours after watching this episode have I finally reached a point where I can rationally talk about it. ( This show has taken over my life. )
I HAVE NOT WATCHED THIS PROMO?? I liked the episode well enough (except for a laundry list of "but why did Character X make this choice I DON'T GET IT??"), but I'm afraid that the promo will make me hysterical so I'm just going to avoid it.
Homegirl just needs another fierce scene like when she jumped into the well to save Stefan (my bb's need to be reunited).
OMG RIGHT? Every episode I think "OKAY THEIR BREAKUP MUST BE OVER BY NOW" but I don't think it is?? Just give us *something*, writers.
Secondly, I felt he was way too grabby and aggressive this episode. Yes, we know you care buddy but did you have to slam Elena into the wall and almost crack her spine? "You don't get to make decisions anymore" didn't sit well with me.
HATED IT. I keep trying to like or at the very least *understand* this pairing but episodes like this make it almost impossible for me.
My beautiful awesome bb martyring himself into tombs. His was the ultimate sacrifice because who knows what kind of shit's gonna go down now with psycho Katherine around?

I would say it definitely avoid it all costs! These CW promos are just tricky and misleading--they like to mess with your head. It's best to just remain calm throughout this week and NOT WATCH.

YES YES! We didn't get anything this week! What annoyed me even more was when Stefan asked "Can we talk?" and Elena was like "WHY?" I wanted to be like "DON'T ASK WHY. JUST LET HIM IN. THEN YOU GUYS CAN TALK AND HUG AND I CAN BE HAPPY."
HATED IT. I keep trying to like or at the very least *understand* this pairing but episodes like this make it almost impossible for me.
Girl, I know. Episodes like this make me see how clearly wrong they would be together. Damon doesn't even try reasoning logically- he goes straight in with aggression.
