When people forget what reality vs. fiction is
I am really pissed off at the TVD fandom right now. Not the fandom as a whole, but those psychotic extreme Delena shippers who see Stefan as a demon and subsequently hate on Paul Wesley.
Tumblr is overrun by these crazies. I've tried to stay really positive about it through ignoring them, but I've reached a boiling point.
Why? Because of THIS.
Paul has been up for EW''s Underappreciated Entertainer of the Year. He's in Round 3 now and these crazies are backtracking on all the progress that's been just because their Delena fantasies are not happening. They're repeatedly voting for Paul's adversary in order to gain some wicked form of self-satisfaction. To be honest, this is completely disgusting. I realize that in the greater scheme of things, this is not some huge crisis, but I really love and adore Paul Wesley. I think he has charm, skill and talent that seriously needs to be recognized. Personally, I believe he is one of the best actors on the show and it saddens me to see that psycho fans are doing everything they can to stop him from gaining this small appreciation.
I hope that whoever reads this will go over to the poll and show these immature tweens what Paul fans are made of. Our bb needs all the lovin he can get! I know I can count on you awesome LJ people. :)
