It mus be hard for you, Hero.
Though, knowing how this place works, it was to be expected.

Why? It's not your fault I lost my identity.

Not that... but I don't think you have 'lost your identity'.
In our world you're still praised, Link. You're someone to hyrule, to Princess Zelda, to your friends, to Navi and to me too.

There are two other Link's that I know of...
... You're right. It still feels... I don't know.

I don't know who I am anymore. What's my purpose now? Go to school? get good grades?
I feel lost, Sheik.

You... you always helped me in the past. What do I do now?

Link... in the past I knew wht you should do. I was your guise because I was trained to do it. they taught me what to say, to where to guide you.
Not like I complain. I felt honored to such mission, and I cheerish that I was able to meet you.
But now I can only give you my humble advice, like a person.
It might sound selfish, but people mostly continue with their lifes for the friends, their important people. People who care about yourself.
It's not losing your identity, but improving about the changes that life imposes.
I could said the same, Link. I'm a sheikah, all my life trained to serve the royal family... yet now I find myself with no-one to serve.
