Here we go again!
So my appointment yesterday was GREAT! The baby had a good heartbeat at 114 bpm. I measured at 6 weeks 1 day. I'm due December 2nd. We got a couple ultrasound pictures to take home even! They don't look like much, but we love them. We never got pictures last time, even though I had 100 ultrasounds. So after the ultrasound we had our first prenatal appointment. They weren't kidding when they said it would be a lot of information. We got a big bag full of brochures and books and who knows what else. I still haven't looked through it all. I have 8 months, right? Then we met with a nurse practitioner who told us 1,000 things. Luckily I think it was all written down and is now in my bag of info.
In unfortunate news, I am now throwing up. The morning sickness has progressed. At my appointment, I got some samples of a prenatal vitamin that's supposed to help with morning sickness, but I've only taken it once. I pray that it works. I haven't been to work all week, and that can't keep happening. My boss is pretty understanding though. *sigh*
