(no subject)
We have wireless internet! In our room! And we made it work now! *bounces happily* This is a very good thing as there are now 4 of us staying here, as well as our "parents", and six people sharing a computer is not a good thing.
Today was the first day of lectures (in August!!!), as they were all pretty good, especially the "Latin American Literature and Culture" which is awesome, and I'm so glad I took it! I can't take portuguese though! It clashes with my spanish class :( I was looking forward to it so much :'(
The weekend was also lots of fun. On saturday we went to Coyoacán, which is a colonial town on the edge of the city where there was a huge market selling all sorts of crafts and artwork and stuff. Yesterday we went right into the city centre and saw the cathedral and the palacio nacional where Diego Riviera's murals are.
I'll upload some photos of mexico in the not too distant future, when I've finished with the switzerland ones (they are many, so possibly in a week or so!)
ETA: Oh, forgot to mention earlier, I have a new mobile here, number is 00525528485627
