So, yeah I've had virtually no milk for about three days now and OMG it makes so much difference!

One of the symptons I'd been getting a lot of is false fullness - bassically getting half way through a really quite small portion and feeling as if I'd just eaten a full roast dinner and if I ate any more I'd explode/puke. It's really annoying because obviously only ever eating half a very small portion is not enough to feed a sparrow and forcing yourself to finish a meal when you feel like you're going to throw up isn't the most pleasant experience. Also I was getting a lot of bloatedness, which also stops you from having much appetite.

Now, I eat what has been a normal amount for me for ages, and OMG I am soooo hungry like all the time!
