This isn't exactly comfortable, familiar ground with Pavi from what I can gather, and god knows I'd be the last one he'd drop even a hint to about the changes in his life.

Look, having some sort of fling is one thing but I'm guessing this has been going on for a while now. Since you're a warden now I'll give you the benefit of the doubt but I want to know how long this has been happening and why you think it's lasted as long as it has.

It has been happening since...I would say shortly after Paviche's arrival. Perhaps a few weeks. It has lasted because we share some similar tastes and enjoy one another's company.

Well I said I'd give you the benefit of the doubt. I'm pretty sure wardens and inmates aren't supposed to be 'entangled' but as long as you don't go impeding his process I don't have any complaints. And I mean that, he might be a brat but he's come pretty damned far so you better treat him with some respect.

I was under the impression that the rule was that a Warden should not 'entangle' themselves with their own Inmate. But no, I understand you, which is why I contacted you before to make certain I was not overstepping my boundaries.

Whatever the case, that's all that needs to be said. I won't expect you to report back on him but I'd appreciate it if you let me know if he's gotten himself into any trouble he doesn't think I need to know about.
